So we obviously had an Elmo themed birthday. The kids have been all about Elmo for a couple of months now. So I made an Elmo cake and the first picture is of them with their Elmo balloons.
They both blew out their candles and then went to work on the cake. They had different strategies. Sarah picked the whole piece up and took bites while Caleb went at it face first.
Every birthday I plan to decorate their bedroom door(s). This year it was Elmo of course. They woke up to it and were very excited. It was a very fun birthday. They were really into all of it this year. We didn't do a party, just us and grandma and grandpa for a little outdoor bbq since the weather was gorgeous. This weekend we head up to Portland to see Sesame Street Live (go figure!) and a trip to the zoo on Sunday. It will be a blast!

Oh, how cute and fun! Your cake is ADORABLE!! I love it. And I think your wrapping paper door is really cute too! What a fun mommy you are! I bet they had a ball. And I hope your weekend in Portland went well - I'm sure it did. Happy Birthday Caleb and Sarah!! :)
